Your first session
The first session is an in-depth conversation — an opportunity to get acquainted, explore your situation and lay the foundations for personalised support. Initial orientation is integrated into this first session.
In order to maintain a professional standard and preserve the quality of the therapeutic work, I do not offer preliminary interviews or “discovery calls”. If you are ready to begin, you can book directly online.

Terms & Conditions
Important information
Please note that sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time.
The booking confirmation notification confirms the reservation of a session at the selected date and time.
Missed appointments and late cancellations remain due in full.
The following terms outline the conditions applicable to the booking, payment and delivery of sessions at Emotion Institute.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all sessions booked through the Emotion Institute website and define the conditions applicable to the reservation, payment and delivery of services.
Acceptance of terms
By booking a session through the website, the Client confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions, including the cancellation policy and payment conditions.
Cancellation policy
Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the start of the session. Cancellations made within this period will receive a credit valid for one month. Sessions cancelled outside this window remain due in full.
For online sessions, payment must be received no later than 48 hours before the scheduled time; failure to pay will be treated as a client-initiated cancellation.
Payment and booking confirmation
Initial appointments booked directly through the online booking calendar require immediate payment in order to validate the reservation. For follow-up sessions scheduled manually by the practice, the booking notification confirms the appointment and the time slot is reserved for you. Payment for the session must then be completed no later than 24 hours before the appointment, according to the payment methods indicated in the notification. In the event of non-payment within this timeframe, the practice reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the session. Sessions not cancelled at least 48 hours in advance remain due, in accordance with the present booking terms and conditions.
Transaction fees on refunds
Where a cancellation is attributable to the client, payment processing fees charged by third-party providers (PayPal, Stripe, credit card or TWINT) are not refundable. Any refund will therefore be issued net of these non-recoverable charges.
Missed appointments
If the Client fails to attend the scheduled session without prior cancellation within the required notice period, the session will be considered a missed appointment and remains payable in full. No refunds or credits will be issued in such cases.
Late payment
In the event of late payment, a penalty calculated at three times the statutory interest rate, together with a CHF 40 recovery fee, will become payable. Additional collection costs may apply.
International payments
Any bank charges arising from international transfers are the responsibility of the client.
Professional responsibility
Sessions provided by Emotion Institute constitute professional support services delivered within a scheduled time slot reserved for the Client. The Client remains fully responsible for their personal decisions, actions and outcomes arising from the sessions. Payment confirms the reservation of a professional time slot and does not guarantee any specific outcome.
Time zone
When a session is booked online, the time displayed in the booking calendar automatically corresponds to the time zone of your current location/device. Please note that for reservations scheduled manually by the practice, the time indicated in confirmation emails and notifications corresponds to the practice’s local time zone (Switzerland/France border area – Central European Time). If you are located in a different time zone, please make sure to verify the corresponding time in your local area.
